Gregg Michalski, Helpdesk Technician

Always making service first, Gregg comes to ITConnexx with over 11 years of computer services and helpdesk experience beginning with the position of Information System Specialist in the United States Marine Corps. After college, he held similar positions with St. Alexius Medical Center in Illinois, Schreiber Foods, Inc. and Shopko Stores, Inc. of Green Bay. For the past two years Gregg was the Desktop Support Analyst at Baker & McKenzie law firm of Chicago, Illinois.

 

Gregg is not shy to big goals, now twice a marathon runner including the Boston Marathon.  This fall, Gregg started classes in pursuit of his MBA. 

 

In short time, Gregg has become our lead support tech taking on a wide variety of day-to-day questions and issues.   We are glad to have him!
