Dan Boncher, Senior Systems Engineer

The first computer problems Dan Boncher solved were on a machine without a hard drive.   At the time, he was working for a bank that had no full-time IT support.    Dan’s initiative in addressing software and hardware issues, however, demonstrated the importance of computer support as a dedicated role, which became Dan’s role – first for the accounting department and eventually as a full time network analyst in the bank’s data center. 

Since the early days of his career, Dan has continued to demonstrate initiative and invest his time in developing his computers and networking knowledge and skills.  In 1997, when certifications became a requirement, Dan achieved the majority of his certifications through self study.    He has been a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Certified Netware Engineer for over a decade, and has updated each of those certifications twice.  Other certifications Dan has earned and updated include the Cisco Certified Design Associate and the Cisco Certified Network Associate.

Dan joined ITConnexx after over 11 years of consulting with his previous employer.  He looks forward to continuing his expertise within the business community.
