Tammy Radtke, Technical Services Administrator

Tammy Radtke's path to becoming a teacher was derailed when she discovered a talent for solving the computer problems of her classmates, friends, and family. Realizing her passion for technical support, she shifted her focus to computer science. As a result, Tammy achieved Microcomputer Software Technician Certification through Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, completed the Microcomputer Specialist program at Fox Valley Technical College, and began a career in technical services.

Tammy brings over ten years of experience as an information technology professional to her role at ITConnexx. Along with being every client's first point of contact, Tammy manages service team schedules at ITConnexx. As a network administrator, Tammy is technically qualified to answer many questions and address most requests – her goal is to deliver consistently quick service.

Tammy believes attitude is contagious and therefore strives to inject a positive one into every situation. In addition to her wealth of knowledge and versatility, she is passionate about helping clients and continually developing her skills.
